Roberto J. Ruiz joined Stone & Youngberg’s Public Finance Group in August, 2010. As an analyst, he provides quantitative support in structuring general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, and tax and revenue anticipation notes. He is also experienced in analyzing debt capacity and tax rates as well as composing rating agency credit presentations and continuing disclosure reports.
Mr. Ruiz holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola University. He also spent two years in China where he studied Mandarin at Beijing Normal University.
