Melaine de Jonk joined Stone & Youngberg’s Public Finance Group in March of 2010. Ms. de Jonk has public finance expertise in structuring fixed and variable rate bond financings, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, land-secured financings and redevelopment financings. She provides analytical support for issuers throughout the state of California, assisting in numerous aspects of municipal debt financings.
Prior to joining Stone & Youngberg, Ms. de Jonk worked in the public finance group of Banc of America Securities LLC, covering 501(c)3 clients. She also worked previously for Jefferies & Company, focusing on general market clients.
Ms. de Jonk is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at University of California , Berkeley and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
