Paul R. Touchstone, CFA, is the Senior Investment Strategist and Portfolio Manager with Stone & Youngberg’s Asset Management Group. His background includes international portfolio management, global macro-economic analysis, fixed income, currency, and alternative investment strategies.
Prior to joining Stone & Youngberg, Mr. Touchstone was the Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the First Bank Wealth Management Group in San Francisco, California where he was responsible for advising high-net worth individuals and managing their investment portfolios. He also served on First Bank’s investment committee, responsible for $3 billion in assets under management. Before that, Mr. Touchstone served as Director of Operations and International Equity Analyst for Schroeder Capital Management, a registered investment advisor in Lafayette, California specializing in global equity portfolio management.
Mr. Touchstone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business with a minor in computer science from Western State College in Colorado. He serves on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Finance Committee for the San Francisco-based charitable organization Edgewood Center for Children & Families.

Evan Walker is an Investment Analyst in Stone & Youngberg’s Asset Management Group. Mr. Walker draws on a foundation in both accounting and finance operations to assist in the development of comprehensive investment policy and asset allocation strategy. He manages the implementation of client portfolios, while also overseeing billing and reporting for the group.
Prior to joining Stone & Youngberg in 2004, Mr. Walker was an accounting clerk at Standard Trust Deed in Concord, CA.
Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies with an emphasis in law and policy from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He spent a year studying abroad in Southern Africa prior to obtaining his degree.
